Inline Skating Class
In this beginner-friendly inline skating class, students will learn essential skills to confidently glide on inline skates. The course emphasizes safety, balance, and control. Here are the key components:

Learning to Move and Stop:
- Participants will practice proper techniques for starting, stopping, and maneuvering on inline skates.
- Topics include forward propulsion, turning, and using braking techniques effectively.

Learning to Fall Safely:
- Falling is a natural part of learning any sport. In this class, participants will learn how to fall safely to minimize the risk of injury.
- Techniques for rolling out of falls and protecting vulnerable areas (wrists, knees, and elbows) will be covered.

- Balance is crucial for inline skating. Participants will work on improving their stability and core strength.

What you'll need to bring along
- Your own inline skate/rent an inline skate for $10 each class
- Helmet
- 6-piece protective pads (wrist, elbow and knee guards)
